I'm looking for natural cures or simple things I can do in my life to fight Hypothyroidism. Any ideas or suggestions? Do you have this? Had this? Thanks! There is only one treatment for hypothyroidism. Prescription replacement thyroid hormones. See your doctor for blood tests and prescriptions. Repeat as necessary.

I’ve heard of many herbal and harmless remedies, which apparently aid one’s concentration prior to exams and possibly even increase the amount one can learn in the same amount of time.
