I already know about a low fat diet, low dairy, etc, exercise and such. I'm waiting to see my doctor after a stint at the E.R. with these lovely stones. Anyone out there know of any natural or holistic remedies for these problems? A flush/cleanse, supplement, diet, herb, anything?

Acupuncture would probably be beneficial.
I haven't tried the others, but have seem AMAZING results with all sorts of sensory problems using acupuncture.
I practice Reiki and do crystal and colour therapy myself.
