What natural remedies can be used to lighten hair color? I was told that lemons were good but what else can be used?
lemon juice - just spray it on and sit in the sun for a couple hours (wear sunscreen!). Stay away from peroxide - turns your hair orange.

I'm having (I think) gall bladder attacks about every month now. I know these are caused by gall stones.
Looks like I have three options,
1) eat better, and hope I don't have any more attacks
2) have my gall bladder removed
