I tried St johns …
I tried St johns worts yogi tea just two days ago due to college exams. I felt so much better afterwards. I am actually shocked that i didnt have to take the anti depression drugs prescribed to me. Woo hooo!

Please be aware that St. John’s Wort induces both intestinal and liver metabolism (cytochrome P450, CYP3A) which can increase the clearance of a number of opioids and thus possibly decrease the effectiveness of these drugs.

If you try pills be sure you get a quality brand like Kira or Perika. Most brands are garbage. I felt very positive and creative the first week, but the real antidepressant effects took about a month to appear. It stabilized after 2 months use and I am currently off it. Good stuff, but did cause a little drowsiness at first and loss of libido.
