hi! have you ever heard of sharp pain in a mid-to lower ribcage area as supposedly associated with bronchitis? can you generally start to feel better, coughing lessening, but still have bronchitis that manifests through sharp pain in the rib? can you show thickening in the lungs even if you are starting to feel better, on the x-ray?
