    Nearly all toothpastes contain fluoride which is a poisionous nuclear by product, the same poison used in rat poison, a large tube of paste could kill a small child if ingested.
    Most toothpastes contain a large amount of sugar too which you rub vigorously into your teeth as you clean them.
    Look for a toothpaste WITHOUT these products and your teeth and health will be better for it.

    Why are you people so obsesssed with white teeth? It is completely unnatural, and a Hollywood fad. She clearly said “abrasion the teeth” What? Thats probably why your teeth are extra sensitive because of all the abrasions. Did you know that whitening your teeth breaks down the enamel and exposes your teeth to rottenness? I understand cleanliness to an extent, but white teeth are an extreme to hygiene, a facade to health, and a detriment to the viscosity your saliva provides to coat your teeth.

    Hydrogen peroxide …
    Hydrogen peroxide is the best one to use – Professional teeth whitening is this in a gel form (i still have some left from the cosmetic dentist!) – But it’s a higher percentage.

    It can make the gum white but only for a few minutes, water will calm it down. .Just get a 3 to 6% hydrogen peroxide bottle (no higher!!)

    Hydrogen Peroxide has been used as a skin disinfectant so isn’t harmful at all. some people use it as a mouthwash! It has great results with regular use for a long time! :-)

    mix 2 table spoons …
    mix 2 table spoons of lemon juice
    half a table spoon of baking soday
    2 pinches of salt
    and 2 drops of hydrogen peroxiode

    this works. results in minutes!!

    baking soda didnt whiten my teeth, just made them shinier.
