Hydrogen peroxide …
Hydrogen peroxide is the best one to use – Professional teeth whitening is this in a gel form (i still have some left from the cosmetic dentist!) – But it’s a higher percentage.

It can make the gum white but only for a few minutes, water will calm it down. .Just get a 3 to 6% hydrogen peroxide bottle (no higher!!)

Hydrogen Peroxide has been used as a skin disinfectant so isn’t harmful at all. some people use it as a mouthwash! It has great results with regular use for a long time!

mix 2 table spoons …
mix 2 table spoons of lemon juice
half a table spoon of baking soday
2 pinches of salt
and 2 drops of hydrogen peroxiode

this works. results in minutes!!
