    all you need to do is only eat apples and drink water for 3 days. dont download this book, its a bunch of nonsense. Like he did, do some activities and wash your face like normal. they say you should only do this once a year. My friend did this and he lost alot of weight and has clear skin.

If your a girl I suggest not wearing any makeup during this and or not wearing it for that long. dont download this book, its just a bunch nonsense. Like he did, try to do some activities to keep you busy and active. that all you really need to do except for wash your face like normal.

    thanks, i’ll try it soon- it’s good for the entire body like any fruit diet :) detox= healing so it makes perfect sence.
    I don’t know why some people don’t trust this method, it’s not that hard to fugure it out :)
