Work out hard before school for 30min – 1hr.Its proven when you workout it raises feel good chemicals in your brain similar to stimulants and antidepressants.Not to long ago kids had to work in the morning and throughout the day gathering food and supplies.Our bodies are geared to work.Now a days kids sit around and barly move around.We are built to wake up and go hunt and build,Not to go sit in a chair and learn something we might not want to.Diet is a big part also,Im me for details.

i would even call it a development or learning style. not to be considered as disorder. i’m adhd since childhood but have developed talents in different field … not regular activities.
