    thnx so much 4 posting this,it is an eye opener, i haven’t eaten beef or pork in 10 yrs,& i’m still so fatigued,i see that it was a reason 4 me 2 stop eating those things & i guess it was 2 show me that i can do it,i am now getting ready 4 my garden…peace & i will update u….

    Thanks for posting these!! Its making want to get back on the path..I had started it and fell off but I know I can get back up again and start over! I didnt fall too far back thankfully but far enough back that I know I will need to be nothing but fruits and veggies for about a week (the sugars and soda are my weaknesses lol)
