Has anyone tried any natural cures for vitiligo that actually work?

Hi, I was just diagnosed with vitiligo about 3 days ago and I was researching natural cures when I came across your question. I have read online that people have had good luck with 1000 mg of B12 and 800 mg of Folic Acid and good multi vitamins. I’ve been taking prenatal vitamins for about a month now and my spots haven’t gotten any new spots or my existing spots haven’t gotten any bigger.
I figured this has to be something internal so vitamins would be a good place to try.
