I have THE WORST PMS, does anyone have any natural cures or ways of making my horrible PMS go away?
December 15th, 2009 | by admin |I cry about random things, I’m extra selfconcious, I have stomachaches, I get angry at random things, and I experience fatigue. Does anyone know what I can do to help these symptoms? How do you cope with your PMS? Anyone have any natural cures? Does exercise work for you guys? Thanks!
I got a desktop speed/punching bag off of Amazon, and I beat the ever living snot out of it. A baseball bat to a pillow can work as well for getting the aggression out. However if you BF walks in one of those sessions, they tend to freak out a bit. Whoopsie! Oh well, he got over it eventually.
It helps me to know its PMS, and to realize I’m acting out of character. I usually tend to withdraw a bit, and catch up on books or movies I’m interested and haven’t gotten around to reading/watching. There is always the time tested bubble bath as well. I usually feel better just getting the aggression out, and taking some "me time".

It sounds more like PMDD. Call a doctor. Things could get serious.

I always feel a little down about myself during my period too. For cramps I take Midol and use a heating pad on my tummy. I also go for walks and do some stretching. You should try drinking hot tea too. It always helps me!
Good Luck!

I just try to think positive and realize that it’ll be over in just a few days. lol
But yeah…I get extra sensitive and tired and self-conscious. Sometimes it’s annoying and I wish guys would go away ’cause they don’t understand these issues very well.

Exercise, eat light and healthy, and take pain killer. If needed, talk to your doctor.

I understand totally, I am not on any drugs, birth control, and don’t want to take them. But, working out help me alot to get rid of the cramps, fatigue, and the outbreaks on my face. The only side effect that I experience is that your flow is heavier form the movement and I also get clotting. If all else fails take so prenatal pills, they curve the symptoms.

I know what you mean i have the same problem. Recently i went on the pill and that really helped but i know it’s not really natural. I’v heard that exercise does work and it has worked for me in the past but i find that i would rather curl up in a ball and cry during pms rather than run around.
