Holistic / Home Remedies for Colds?
October 27th, 2010I have a cold. I do not like to take man made meds. I will if I have no other choice, but I prefer natural remedies. I have a headache, stuffy head, bad cough and a bit of a sore throat.
I am looking for any home remedies, preferable natural remedies, that anyone else swears by. My grandmother uses apple cider vinegar, so I’m looking for things like that.
Does anyone have any good, sure fire, suggestions to kick this cold so I can get back to the gym and not make everyone else sick?

INFLUENZA :-
Head remedy; restlessness with prostration and excessive thirst at short intervals Arsenic Alb.30, every 4 hourly
